We offer international shipping from a variety of international fulfillment partners. Our Standard shipping rates are fixed and calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging.
It takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order. The average shipping time is 5 business days depending on the delivery destination.

We use live shipping rates to calculate shipping prices. Live rates are real-time shipping rates, displayed during the order checkout. These rates are calculated by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.


Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report on our contact page.

The return address is set by default to our fulfillment partner facilities. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment partner facilities and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

If you haven’t registered an account on and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Infineight does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at our expense and discretion. If Infineight chooses to accept returns or offer size exchanges you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Infineight reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Packages sent out from our Spanish fulfillment partner facility are returned to: Infineight Store, Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
Packages fulfilled by our Australia partner facility are returned to: Infineight Store, 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); Infineight Store, 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders).
Packages fulfilled by our Japan partner facility are returned to: Infineight Store, 817-3 Komiyaji, Shinwamachi, Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture, 8630101 Japan.
Packages fulfilled by our Canadian partner facility are returned to: Infineight Store, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
Once the return package reaches our facility, we’ll notify you via email. Based on the reason for the return, we’ll decide what the next steps should be.

Other information:

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

Please check orders on receipt as any missing or faulty items must be notified to us immediately. Mistakes can not be rectified at a later date.
